Hey all,

I was thinking it would be neat if I had a blog to post to while I'm away teaching in Germany. That way, allayall (that means: all of you family, friends, random hobos with my blog address) can check up on me, see what's new in my life, yada yada yada. Also, to be frank about my self-interest, it saves me having to tell the same story ten times to ten different people. Soooo ... enjoy!
